ToonStudio — Proprietary Software Notice

This notice covers every file delivered by app.toonstudio.ai, api.toonstudio.ai and
toonstudio.ai: HTML, JavaScript (including minified and obfuscated chunks and web
workers), CSS, WebAssembly, shaders, data files, and the ToonStudio Unity package.
It does not cover content you upload or export; that is yours (Terms of Use §5.2, §5.3).

1. Ownership. The ToonStudio platform, including its source code, object code,
   architecture, algorithms, presets, pipelines and user interface, is the exclusive
   property of Fancygames Ltd and is protected as a copyright work (Copyright, Designs
   and Patents Act 1988; Berne Convention) and as confidential information / trade
   secrets (Trade Secrets (Enforcement, etc.) Regulations 2018).

2. Licence, not transfer. Delivery of this code to your browser or build is a
   limited, revocable licence to run it as part of the Service under the ToonStudio
   Terms of Use (https://toonstudio.ai/terms-of-use.html) and your organisation's
   service agreement. No other right is granted, expressly or by implication.

3. Prohibited. Without Fancygames Ltd's prior written consent you may not copy,
   modify, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, reverse engineer, or otherwise
   attempt to derive the source code, structure, algorithms or data of the Service
   (Terms §6); circumvent access controls, usage limits, obfuscation or other
   technological measures (CDPA 1988 s.296ZA; Computer Misuse Act 1990; 17 U.S.C.
   §1201 for users in the United States); use automated tools, scrapers or AI
   agents to access, extract, reconstruct or summarise the implementation of the
   Service; or use any part of it to build or train a competing product or a
   machine-learning model.

4. Automated and AI agents. This notice applies to software agents and to the
   people and organisations that direct them. Access by an agent is access by its
   operator. Fancygames Ltd expressly reserves its rights under Article 4(3) of
   Directive (EU) 2019/790 and equivalent laws: text and data mining, AI training
   and AI retrieval use of this material is not permitted. Machine-readable form:
   Content-Signal in /robots.txt, the TDM-Reservation header, and this file.

5. What this notice does not restrict. Nothing here limits acts that applicable law
   permits notwithstanding contractual restriction, including observing, studying or
   testing the program while lawfully running it and decompilation strictly for
   interoperability (CDPA 1988 ss.50B, 50BA; Directive 2009/24/EC arts 5–6), or
   lawful, coordinated security research reported to security@toonstudio.ai
   (see /.well-known/security.txt).
